I was an overweight 12-year-old kid in summer camp dreading taking my shirt off at the pool because of what the other kids might say (Spoiler: What they had to say wasn’t too good). When I was 17, I walked into a gym for the first time, and after a month of fiddling with the equipment I decided to hire a personal trainer. That was the moment my life changed!
